In the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, Al-Sabeen Square hosted the largest parade of civilian militants who recently completed training courses under the name “Flood of Al-Aqsa.” These individuals are now added to an unprecedented official force showcased by Sana’a on the twenty-first anniversary of the September revolution during the same parade.
The difference between the two parades is that the previous one aimed to reaffirm support for Sana’a, while the new parade carries a message of readiness for ground confrontation with the Israeli occupation. This was emphasized by the spokesman for the Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, in his latest military statement, which announced the resumption and expansion of operations against the occupation on land and sea.
