UN: Impunity is strongly prevalent in Gaza war

United Nations Under-Secretary-General, Martin Griffiths, said on Monday that impunity is strongly prevalent in the Gaza war and that there may be a need to establish a special court regarding what is happening inside the Strip.

In a statement to the “Financial Times” newspaper, Griffiths stated that the humanitarian crisis in Gaza is “the worst ever.”

Griffiths explained that there are no indications that the Israeli occupation attack in the southern Gaza Strip is more accurate than in the northern Gaza Strip.

He affirmed that the United Nations administration of Gaza after the war is impractical and that there are other options, including running missions for UN observers.
