Al-Mortada: The coalition’s government increases prisoners’ suffering by failing to implement previous agreements

Abdulqader Al-Mortada, Chairman of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs, warned that “the failure to implement agreements by the coalition’s government complicates the issue of prisoners and exacerbates their suffering.”

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

“We have no objection to attending any round of negotiations on the prisoners’ file if we receive guarantees from the UN regarding the implementation of previous agreements that were sponsored by them,” Al-Mortada stated in a post on his personal account on the “X” platform.

He emphasized that “accumulating agreements without implementation, as is happening on the part of the coalition forces, complicates the issue and increases the suffering of prisoners on both sides.”
