Abdul Salam: Aggression on Yemen is a futile attempt to prevent our support for Gaza

Mohammed Abdul Salam, the head of the Sana’a delegation in the political negotiations, stated on Sunday that the US-UK aggression comes as part of futile attempts to prevent Yemen from continuing its supportive stance towards the resilience of the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Abdul Salam emphasized their right to respond to aggression that violates the sovereignty of an independent state. He reiterated Yemen’s commitment “to its humanitarian and religious stance alongside Gaza by preventing Israeli ships and having every right to respond to the ongoing US-UK aggression on our country.”

The US-UK aggression has previously carried out several attacks on the capital Sana’a and several Yemeni provinces, including Sa’ada and Hudaydah, in an attempt to hinder Sana’a’s support for the Gaza Strip, which is facing a genocidal war by the occupying entity.
