Washington admitted Yemen’s possession of new, advanced weapons

The US Central Command has admitted that the Yemeni armed forces possess long-range drones.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

A statement issued by the US forces stated that the Central Command succeeded in engaging and destroying four long-range air systems that were targeting an American warship in the Red Sea.

The credibility of the US forces’ claim regarding the interception of the drones and the number of aircraft used in the operation has not been verified.

Long-range weapons are defined as those with a range exceeding 5,500 km.

Ansar Allah leader Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi had announced additional forthcoming surprises after announcing the expansion of the scope of Yemeni operations to include ships associated with Israel in the Indian Ocean, as well as targeting the occupying entity with an advanced missile in the Umm Al-Rashrash area, a missile that Israeli defenses failed to detect or intercept.

Sana’a’s long-range weapons achieve the capability to target ships associated with Israel on navigation routes towards the Cape of Good Hope. This was indicated by the Deputy Director of the Moral Guidance Department in Sana’a, Brigadier General Abdullah bin Amer, when he recently stated that Yemeni drones had successfully reached navigation routes and paths in the Indian Ocean on multiple occasions in the past weeks without being detected or intercepted by US battleships.
