The number of Palestinian journalist martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to over 140 due to the ongoing aggression by the occupying entity for more than 200 days.
Gaza – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Gaza Government Media Office reported the martyrdom of journalist Mohammad Bassam Al-Jamal and several members of his family in a shelling that targeted their home in Rafah, southern Gaza.
The media office clarified that the number of journalist martyrs has risen to 141 since the start of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, in addition to hundreds of others who were injured. The occupation targeted their families and destroyed their homes, offices, and media headquarters.
The occupying entity has been targeting journalists since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza, “with the aim of obscuring the Palestinian narrative, attempting to obscure the truth, and obstructing the delivery of news and information to the regional and international public opinion.”
