A Human Rights Report: 1,669 martyrs and injured in Yemen resulting from 2,801 raids by the American-British-Israeli coalition

The National Human Rights Authority in Sana’a announced on Saturday the documentation of 2,801 air and naval raids by the American-British-Israeli coalition on Yemen from January 2024 until the end of September 2025, resulting in 1,669 martyrs and injured.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The report issued by the Authority revealed that “the Israeli entity launched more than 150 air raids in May 2025 on several civilian facilities, Sana’a International Airport, Hudaydah ports, and power stations,” confirming that “Sana’a Airport was subjected to dozens of Israeli air raids, resulting in the destruction of infrastructure, air navigation facilities, and the damaging of 6 civilian aircraft.”

The report indicated that “the total number of martyrs and injured reached 1,669, including 235 children and 119 women,” adding that “the war focused on the media and peaked with Israeli aircraft targeting the buildings of the 26 September and Al-Yemen newspapers in the Al-Tahrir district, leading to the martyrdom of dozens of journalists and citizens.”

For his part, the head of the authority, Ali Taysir, said in a press conference that “the American coalition and its allies have failed to stop the Yemeni military operations,” confirming that “various internationally prohibited weapons were used in the aggression against Yemen, and we have monitored the effects and remnants of these weapons.”

He also pointed out that “the US has moved to obstruct the outcomes of the agreements with the Saudi regime regarding the disbursement of state employees’ salaries, the humanitarian file concerning prisoners, and the opening of Sana’a Airport.”
