Clashes break out at dawn between the military police and armed men in the occupied city of Mukalla in Hadhramaut province, local eyewitness said on Wednesday.
The local sources said that the clashes erupted at the entrance to the Baswaid alley between the military police and armed sailors in the city of Mukalla, pointing out that the clashes left wounded.
The source said that armed men took control of the military police chief.
The clashes came against the backdrop of a campaign carried out by the Military Police against the sellers of khat at the entrance to the neighborhood (Al-Burj Hospital).
