Hundreds of citizens in Taiz city protested against the continued deterioration in living conditions, on Thursday.
At a protest rally, the protesters denounce violations committed by the Islah forces against citizens, and chanted angry slogans denouncing the high cost of basic public services, especially, electricity and water.
The demonstrators accused the de-facto authority in the city of working on trading the suffering of citizens, condemning the deterioration of the economy and the collapse of the local currency to foreign currencies.
The Saudi-led coalition-held provinces are witnessing a significant increase in food prices and an accelerating economic decline.
