Including Al-Subaihi, Hadi’s Brother, Houthis Offer Major Prisoner Swap Deal

Sana’a Salvation Government has made a tempting offer to the Yemeni pro-coalition forces to enter into a wide local prisoner exchange deal that includes leaders, including General Mahmoud Al-Subaihi and Nasser Mansour Hadi, Hadi’s brother.

Head of pro-Houthis National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtadha, announced in a tweet on Saturday that Sana’a is ready to enter into a wide local exchange deal that includes Al-Subaihi, Nasser Hadi and other leaders.

Al-Mortada affirmed that this deal comes in light of the current absence of the United Nations role in the prisoners’ file, wondering “If the coalition mercenaries had the authority to conclude such a deal?”
