The popular protests renewed on Saturday in al-Tawahi area of Aden province.
Tens of demonstrators cut off main roads in al-Tawahi area, denouncing the deterioration of basic services and the lawlessness in the city.
The protesters demanded the release of the kidnapped, including the political activist, Fuad al-Thaiqan who were taken to UAE-backed southern transitional council militias prisons.
The sources said that the angry protesters closed all roads leading to al-Tawahi area, pointing out that the transitional forces dispersed the demonstrators by force of arms.
