Amusement parks and gardens in the capital are ready to receive more than four million visitors from the capital and other Yemeni provinces during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
Assem Al Jalal, director of parks and gardens said that ready 69 parks are ready to receive visitors during the holiday, according to Saba news Agency
More than 400 employees, including supervisor, engineer, technician, worker and security personnel, are charged with providing services and caring for visitors, he explained.
He pointed to the completion of technical preparations in the gardens in terms of hygiene, maintenance, afforestation, rehabilitation and coordination with the relevant agencies to provide the right atmosphere for park and park goers.
During the past period, parks and gardens have witnessed the rehabilitation, improvement and expansion of green spaces and the provision of free games, as part of the secretariat’s plans to develop recreational services and outlets, he added.
