The Leader of Anssarallah movement, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, met on Thursday with a delegation from tribes of the districts that have recently been liberated in Marib and Shabwa provinces.
During the meeting, Sayyed Abdulmalik directed the release of captives from Al-Abdiya district in Marib, and urged the government and the local authority in the two provinces to take care of the citizens in all the liberated districts.
The Leader of Anssarallah also called on the people of Al-Abdiya district and all the liberated areas for a general reconciliation in the issues of revenge and the cooperation with the state to establish security and stability.
Earlier in the day, Head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs in Sanaa, Abdulqadir Al-Mortada, announced the release of all 52 prisoners from the Al-Abdiya district in Marib, in implementation of the directives of Sayyed Abdulmalik.
