Aden: Female Journalist Killed in Bomb Explosion

Rasha Abdullah, a media and broadcaster on the Saudi ‘Al-Sharq’ TV channel, was killed and her husband was seriously injured due to an explosion targeted their car in the port city of Aden, southern Yemen.

Local sources said that an explosive device targeted the car, which the female reporter was riding along with her husband, the photographer Mahmoud Al-Utmi, and their child in Khor Maksar area, killing her and her young child, and injuring her husband.

Investigations are still underway to find out the causes of the explosion, the sources added.
