Sana’a Responds to Military Escalation of Saudi Coalition

Deputy Foreign Minister in Sana’a government, “Hussein Al-Ezzi,” sent on Sunday important messages to the Saudi-led coalition forces in a response to a new military escalation on Yemen.

Al-Ezzi said in a series of tweets: “The countries of Saudi coalition are launching a new wave of military escalation and hostilities by air and land in separate areas of the Republic’s territory, including Hodeidah covered by the Stockholm Agreement.

“This escalation comes as a kind of immediate response to America’s directions and hostile statements by its officials against our oppressed people, the latest of which is the statements of its envoy,” he added.

Al-Ezzi went on to say, “This escalation will undoubtedly face a counter-escalation, and this is the natural right of the Yemeni army and the popular forces in general.”
