Mass celebration of the Independence Day came under fire in Shabwa province on Tuesday, YPA reported.
Local sources confirmed that armed elements attacked the mass festival on Independence Day in al-Khur area of Dahr district, without mentioning any material or human losses.
According to the sources, gunmen loyal to the southern transitional council arrested the armed elements who attacked the celebration.
