25 citizens were killed and injured, and public and private properties were damaged by the fire of the Saudi coalition in the provinces of Hodeida, Sa’ada and Mahweet during the past 24 hours.
A citizen was seriously injured by a shell of the Saudi-backed forces on the al-Jabaliya area in the al-Tuhaita district, Hodeida provinces, a military official said.
The official indicated that the Saudi-backed forces committed 110 violations in Hodeida, including infiltration attempts and the creation of combat fortifications in Hays, 24 breaches with artillery shelling, and 56 breaches with various gunshots.
The violations included two raids by warplanes and spy flight on al-Salif and Hays, and the flight of military and spy planes in the airspace of Hays, al-Faza, al-Salif and al-Jabaliya.
The official reported the killing of three citizens, including a child and a woman, and the injuring of seven others, including women and children, in two raids that targeted buildings belonging to the Public Telecommunications Corporation and staff housing in the village of Ajama, district of al-Sharqi, on the outskirts of Mahweet city.
The official confirmed the killing of a citizen and the wounding of 13 others by Saudi army fire in the al-Raqw area in the Munabeh district of Sa’ada province.
Saudi missile and artillery shelling targeted separate areas of the border district of Shada, while the warplanes launched a raid on the al-Mahathir area in the Sahar district in the same province.
The official pointed out that huge damage was caused to the homes and property of citizens, Al-Alia Hospital, and a number of schools on Al-Zubairi Street in the capital of Sana’a by the raids of the coalition warplane.
The official stated that the coalition launched 22 raids on al-Balaq in the al-Wadi district, six raids on al-Jouba district in the Marib province, five raids on the Al-Yatama area, and one raid on al-Marazeeq in Khab Washa’af district in Jawf province.
