The UN Resident Representative and Humanitarian Coordinator for Yemen, William David Gressly on Wednesday visited the digital city of the martyr President Saleh al-Sammad in the capital, Sana’a.
According to Sana’a-based Saba news agency, Gressly, along with the CEO of the Yemeni Company for International Communications “TeleYemen”, Dr. Ali Nassari, inspected what the President al-Sammad Digital City contains, including units and technological equipment, all of a civilian nature that serve digital development in the Republic of Yemen, contrary to what the Saudi coalition promotes through its media outlets allegations of its use for military purposes.
In addition, the United Nations Resident Coordinator was briefed on the damage and destruction to the main building of the Yemeni International Telecommunication Company “TeleYemen” as a result of its targeting by the Saudi coalition.
