Activists are launching an international campaign demanding a lifting of the blockade of Yemen on Sunday night on social media platforms, under the slogan “#EndTheSiegeOnYemen”.
The campaign organizers called on all free people around the world to take part in the tweets campaign, in light of the US continued detention of oil derivatives ships bound to Yemen, to expose its main role in the unjust blockade on the Yemeni people.
Yemen has been witnessing the worst humanitarian crisis in the world due to the Saudi-led war and blockade, which has been going on for nearly seven years.
