Sana’a Prosecute VIP in Former Regime including Americans

The Central Military Court held on Sunday a public session to consider Case No. (31) for the year 1443 AH, regarding the destruction of the capabilities of the Yemeni state from missiles and air defense systems.

The accused in this case are Ammar Muhammad Abdullah Saleh Al-Ahmar, former undersecretary of the National Security Agency, and others of American nationality, under the supervision of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces at the time, Ali Abdullah Saleh Afash, in preparation for the planned aggressive war waged by the Saudi-led coalition against Yemen.

The court decided to grant the lawyers appointed on behalf of the accused a copy of the case file and to present their responses. It also decided to give the prosecution an opportunity to present its evidence during the next session.
