Agreements with Pro-Coalition Government Are Nihilistic and Illegal: Sana’a Confirmed

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Sana’a government, Hussein Al-Ezzi, on Monday said that Sanaa does not recognize any agreements with the government appointed by the Saudi-led coalition countries.

This comes in coinciding with this authority’s conclusion of a deal to sell the port of Qishn in Mahra province to the UAE.

In a tweet on the “Twitter” platform, Al-Ezzi pointed out that Sanaa considers such agreements to be nihilistic, have no legal value and do not have the status of absolute obligation.

He continued, saying: “It is good to realize this fact from now on, because we will spit in the face of any party that may rely in the future on agreements of this kind.”
