In the presence of Sana’a’s political and military leaders, Sana’a forces carried out a new military maneuver on Monday in the Sirwah district of the Marib province, delivering fresh warnings to the coalition waging war on Yemen about their combat preparation for the coming stage.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Hasm Brigades, forces from the Third Military Region, in addition to a maneuvering helicopter weapon that engaged in intensive shelling of fictitious enemy positions, according to Sana’a media sources. It also involved infantry, mechanized units, snipers, artillery, anti-armor units, and drones.
The maneuver, dubbed “Wilayah Day,” began with a sweep of “fictitious enemy positions,” then the forces stormed military positions with a broad-based attack from multiple directions, advancing on open areas from various axes and through successive lines, and finally the participating forces took control of all designated targets, assuming the presence of hostile military aircraft, according to the sources.
According to military sources in Sana’a forces, the maneuver demonstrated “the advanced level that the Yemeni armed forces have reached in terms of high combat capabilities and excellent efficiency in fighting invaders and occupiers,” sending warning messages to the coalition waging war on Yemen that they are ready to carry out any military operations required by the stage to confront the aggression forces and mercenaries and expel them from every inch they have desecrated in the land of Yemen.
According to the source, the military maneuver was attended by Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi, Sana’a Defense Minister, the Chief of General Staff, Major General Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghamari, as well as the Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Major General Ali Al-Mushki, the Commander of the Sixth Military Region, Brigadier General Jameel Zar’ah, the Commander of the Al-Hasm Brigades, Brigadier General Abu Youssef Hamdan, and a number of civilian and military officials.
