Saudi artillery and machine guns targeting northern Yemen

On Tuesday, Saudi forces continued to target border areas in Sa’ada province, northern Yemen, with artillery and machine guns.

It is not yet known whether there were civilian casualties, according to local sources, as Saudi border guards targeted by artillery shells at various areas in the border district of Shada.

Despite the truce between Sana’a and Riyadh and the continuation of direct talks between the parties, Saudi shelling continues to target the border areas in Sa’ada province, which could jeopardize the success of the negotiations.
