A frightening statistic about the number of mosques destroyed by the Israeli enemy in Gaza

The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs in Gaza announced, at dawn on Sunday, that the Israeli bombing completely destroyed 26 mosques in the Strip.

According to a statement issued by the ministry, the ongoing Israeli bombardment since October 7th has also partially damaged dozens of mosques and caused severe destruction to some of them.

The statement further revealed that the occupation entity destroyed several civilian sites, including the Greek Orthodox Church and the ministry’s main headquarters, the headquarters of its Holy Quran Radio affiliated with it.”

“The Zionist occupation continues to violate religious and humanitarian taboos and international laws in its relentless aggression on the Gaza Strip, and mosques had a large share of the massive destruction.”

The ministry called on Islamic and international institutions to intervene immediately and take practical steps to halt the aggression on the Gaza Strip and hold the occupation accountable for its criminal acts against civilians, mosques, and churches.
