According to a statement from the government office in Gaza, “in addition to targeting three churches, the Israeli occupation army destroyed 103 government headquarters, 266 schools, of which 67 are out of service, 88 mosques that were completely destroyed, and 174 mosques that were partially destroyed.”

“50,000 housing units were completely demolished, and 250,000 units were partially demolished, twenty-six hospitals and 55 health centers went out of service, and 56 ambulances were destroyed,” according to the statement.

The government office concluded its statement by emphasizing that “the days of the truce revealed the magnitude of the large massacre committed by the Israeli occupation,” as Israeli army forces dropped 40,000 tons of explosives on the Gaza Strip.
