Yedioth Ahronoth: Food shortages in the enemy entity due to Yemen

According to a report published by Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, importers in the Israeli enemy entity have started feeling a shortage of goods that meet the market’s needs as a result of Yemeni operations in the Red Sea.

Follow-up – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The newspaper stated that, as a result of Yemeni attacks in the Red Sea on ships headed toward Israel, there is an increasing shortage and delay in goods coming from the Far East. Importers of food have already experienced shortages, and chains of electronic and electrical products are also experiencing delays.

“Every product arriving by sea is being delayed, and there will be a significant shortage in the coming weeks,” the newspaper reported, according to Liron Katz, vice president of business development and director of digital activities at Electrical Warehouses.

Anyone who doesn’t have sufficient stock will be in trouble.” He added, “We have already received messages from all suppliers indicating that delivery operations have been delayed for about a month and a half.”

Katz continued, “There is a shortage of many items, and we have started feeling it.”
