British Maritime Trade Operations announces receiving reports of ships being targeted in the Gulf of Aden

The UK Maritime Trade Operations stated on Thursday that it received a report about an incident approximately 115 nautical miles southeast of the city of Aden in Yemen.

Consistent reports revealed the targeting of a second ship shortly after the first ship was targeted off the coast of Mukalla, however, the second ship was targeted in the Gulf of Aden.

The UKMTO reported receiving an incident notification in the Gulf of Aden, approximately 85 nautical miles east of Al-Shahr.
