Sana’a reveals an Emirati plan on the western coast of Yemen

The rescue government in Sana’a revealed on Wednesday an Emirati plan on the western coast of Yemen, coinciding with mobilizations of its bases on the other shores of the Bab Al-Mandeb.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Al-Shami also spoke about Sana’a having “information indicating the UAE’s efforts to recruit mercenaries to target ships in the Red and Arabian Seas to obstruct and confuse Sana’a’s position.”

Al-Shami’s statements were accompanied by reports of the UAE transferring military reinforcements, including foreign mercenaries, to its bases on the Somali and Eritrean coasts.

The Emirati movements come with a failure to escalate militarily following threats from Sana’a, warning it of the consequences of any targeting of Yemen.

Since the start of the American alliance to protect Israel, the UAE has been seeking a larger escalation in the region, which Western countries reject for fear of affecting its economic situation.

The Emirati mobilizations coincided with arrangements for a European military deployment, indicating attempts to involve Western countries in the confrontation and potentially leading to a greater escalation towards a ground confrontation.
