Yemeni popular crowds continued their “million-man” demonstrations on Friday in the capital Sana’a and several provinces, in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in condemnation of the Israeli occupation’s crimes, which have persisted for 147 days.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The marches that took place today carried the slogan “You are not alone… We are steadfast with Gaza.” The statement issued by the march praised the operations of the Yemeni forces targeting Israeli, American, and British ships, in addition to the operations deep inside the occupation entity.
The statement indicated, “The Yemeni people’s continued mobilization and gathering to training and rehabilitation centers for the General Mobilization Forces at all popular and official levels, encompassing all age groups of youth and adults, is on alert and in preparation for the battle of the promised conquest and holy jihad.”
The million-strong crowds in Sab’een Square chanted slogans such as “Gaza is dear to us, and our morale is high.” This demonstration was a response to the call of the leader of the “Ansar Allah” movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, and the calls of Al-Aqsa Mosque in support of the struggling Palestinian people.
