Red Sea battles extend to Al-Hudaydah

Al-Hudaydah province on the western coast of Yemen was subjected to new airstrikes on Wednesday, coinciding with new Yemeni operations in the Red Sea.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Local sources reported that the city was hit by three airstrikes in the past few minutes.

The airstrikes targeted the city of Salif, which owns one of the most important ports on the Red Sea.

The casualty toll is not yet known…

The airstrikes came on the eve of reports of new Yemeni operations.

The UKMTO, affiliated with the British Navy, reported a new attack about 54 miles from the port of Al-Hudaydah, hours after a similar attack was reported more than 70 miles away.

American and British media outlets earlier confirmed the tilting of an oil tanker after being attacked from Yemen.

American and British airstrikes are often in response to painful attacks, sometimes targeting battleships in the Red Sea.
