The Yemeni Defense Minister in the Sana’a government, Major General Muhammad Al-Atifi, reiterated on Saturday that “the strong and devastating Yemeni response to the Nazi entity is coming and without hesitation or fear, stressing that the Yemeni forces would confront the Zionist madness with the Yemeni ferocity whose bitterness they have tasted at sea.”

The Minister stated that the Yemeni forces are continuing to develop their capabilities in terms of quantity and quality, in accordance with the latest military building concepts, pointing out that hesitation or retreat from Yemen’s supportive stance towards Gaza is impossible and not subject to maneuvering or bargaining.
He noted that “Yemen has moved towards liberation and independence and will not accept any foreign dependency or domination, nor will it be a backyard for any regional system or international tutelage,” adding that “Yemen’s position is essential in the axis of jihad and resistance in defense of the nation, its sanctities, values, lands, and national security.”
He confirmed that they will not accept the “presence of any foreign forces on their land and islands,” referring to the Saudi-UAE alliance and its affiliated factions present in the southern regions, pointing out that the “national wealth is a sovereign resource, and we will not allow it to be wasted, corrupted, or neglected, or ignoring its investment in what serves the supreme interests of Yemen as a whole.”
