The US Central Command published a photo of an F-16 aircraft flying over its operational area, extending from the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden to the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea.
The publication of the aircraft photo coincided with another news about intercepting a drone in the skies of the Red Sea.
This information indicates that the US forces, according to American media reports, after evacuating their battleships from the Red Sea, are trying to use warplanes to fend off any new attacks or to try to remain on the scene in Yemen.
The Central Command stated in a release that its fleets in the Gulf of Aden were subjected to a new attack involving ballistic missiles and drones, claiming to have intercepted several, including a support vehicle that did not specify its type.
This new attack marks the second within 24 hours targeting US battleships in the Gulf of Aden as America seeks to maintain a military presence there after being expelled from the Red Sea.
