Displaced families who set up tents directly on the beach of the central Gaza Strip and Khan Yunis fear many housing risks, especially with the approaching end of the summer season, and the approach of the autumn and winter season, in which the waves rise, and the seasons of deep depressions begin.
Despite their suffering in the summer season, from the inability to sit inside the tents like other displaced people, due to the high temperatures that exceed the outside of the tents, and their transformation, as the displaced liken them to “ovens”, because the screens of these tents are mostly made of plastic, everyone fears a more bitter and painful reality with the approach of the low season, which will turn the tents into cold refrigerators, difficult to live in, especially since their walls do not protect the winter cold.
