American forces have mobilized their largest fleets to the Mediterranean near Lebanon.
The US Defense Department confirmed that the American aircraft carrier “Truman” and its combat fleet, which includes two destroyers and a missile cruiser, with a crew of approximately 6,400 sailors, would heading to the Mediterranean Sea by next week.
On the other hand, the British Army announced raising the state of alert among its forces in anticipation of greater developments.
These movements come in the aftermath of escalating confrontations on the Lebanese front, with the occupation’s attempt to intensify its attacks against Hezbollah amid expectations of a devastating response.
These movements indicate Britain’s and America’s attempt to militarily support the occupation if it decides to land incursion, an operation that could cost it a heavy price and perhaps an unprecedented defeat in its history.
The Lebanese front has witnessed an escalation in confrontations since the end of last week, with the occupation attempting preemptive operations to confuse the resistance, which has not happened yet.
