Israeli tanks besiege hundreds of women and children in northern Gaza

Activists posted a video on social media showing the Israeli occupation forces gathering women and children inside a large pit and surrounding them with tanks after forcing them out of the northern Gaza Strip.

Commenting on the video, the Director General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Dr. Munir Al-Barsh, said that “the occupation forces’ roundup of women and children in northern Gaza and forcing them to move towards Gaza City is a clear ethnic cleansing process that violates all international laws and conventions that the Israeli occupation flagrantly ignores.”

For the 20th consecutive day, the occupation army continues intensive aerial and artillery bombardment and shooting in the northern Gaza Strip, especially Jabalia refugee camp and the town of Beit Lahiya, in scenes that observers say are “genocide” watched live by the world.
