Medical sources announced on Saturday that the death toll in Gaza Strip has risen to 42,924, the majority of them children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation aggression on the seventh of last October.
The sources added that the toll has risen to 100,833 since the start of the aggression, while thousands of victims remain under the rubble.
It pointed out that the occupation forces committed 7 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 77 martyrs arrived at hospitals, and 289 injuries during the past 48 hours.
A number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defence crews cannot reach them, she said.
