Palestinian media and medics announced yesterday that Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip have killed at least 30 Palestinians since last night, while the Israeli army tightened its siege on the northern areas of the Strip.

Yesterday, the Israeli army blew up residential neighborhoods in Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip, with explosive robots, while the bodies of the victims remained stuck under the rubble, due to the prevention of the work of civil defense crews.

The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that an airstrike damaged two houses in the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, where the army has been carrying out new operations since October 5, and killed at least 20 people late on Monday.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza has not yet confirmed the death toll, and medics said four others were killed in the central Gaza town of Zawaida around midnight last night.

Palestinian health officials said six were also killed in separate Israeli air strikes on Gaza City and Deir al-Balah in the central region of the enclave.

Palestinians said the new attacks and Israeli orders for residents to evacuate were aimed at emptying two northern Gaza towns and a refugee camp in order to create buffer zones, while Israel says its forces have dismantled military infrastructure in Jabalia over the past month.
