The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggressive assault on Lebanon for the 54th consecutive day, committing further massacres in a series of heavy airstrikes targeting various areas, particularly in the Bekaa Valley.

This Friday morning, Ghobeiry in Beirut’s southern suburbs was hit by Israeli airstrikes following an evacuation order issued by the occupation army spokesperson, Avichay Adraee.

On Thursday night, 14 people were killed in an initial toll following an Israeli airstrike that targeted the Civil Defense center in Douris, Baalbek.

Lebanese sources confirmed that Bilal Raad, the head of the Civil Defense in Baalbek, was martyred in the attack on his center.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported the martyrdom of 4 civilians and the injury of 13 others in Israeli airstrikes on several towns in the Bekaa region.
