Eyewitnesses said that the Israeli occupation bombed a 5-storey house in the Beit Lahia project, killing at least 50 Palestinians and injuring others.
Witnesses added that the house housed more than 70 displaced people and was completely destroyed on the heads of those inside.
In the same area, 15 Palestinians were killed and others injured in Israeli shelling of another house housing displaced persons, according to eyewitnesses, and two Palestinians were killed in Israeli shelling of another house in Beit Lahiya.
The witnesses pointed out that the operations to retrieve the victims in Beit Lahiya are facing great difficulties, due to the continued Israeli shelling of the area and the absence of any civil defense and ambulance services due to the siege imposed by the occupation army on the area.
