The Palestinian health authorities announced Today, Wednesday, that the death toll of the continuous Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of October 2023 has risen to 44,532 martyrs and 105,538 injured.

The same source pointed out that the occupation forces committed three massacres, as a result of which 30 martyrs and 84 injured reached hospitals during the past 24 hours, pointing out that thousands of martyrs are still under the rubble and in the streets, as the occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.

A previous toll indicated that 44,502 Palestinians were killed and 105,454 others were injured as a result of the ongoing Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, which left an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe and caused the displacement of more than 85 percent of the Gaza population, equivalent to 1.9 million people.

The Palestinian news agency “Wafa” reported the death of 5 Palestinians, including 4 children, in the occupation shelling of a gathering of citizens in front of a food hospice, and a municipal bakery, in Block “C”, east of Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
In turn, the Civil Defense in Gaza said, in a statement: “Our teams recovered a martyr and injuries in the Israeli occupation shelling of Al-Bureij Preparatory School “abo Homaisah”, which shelters displaced people in Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.”

Fire broke out in the tents of the displaced following an Israeli air strike on the school of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Bureij camp, according to the Ministry of Civil Defense in Gaza.
