From yesterday evening until Tuesday morning, the Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of mass arrests that affected at least 40 Palestinians from the West Bank, including former prisoners, according to the Palestinian “Wafa”.
The Commission for Prisoners and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Prisoners’ Club explained that the arrests were concentrated in the governorates of Jericho and Hebron, while the rest of the arrests were distributed in the governorates of Qalqilya, Jenin, Tubas and Bethlehem.
During the arrest campaigns, the Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out large-scale raids and abuses, attacks and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to field investigations, and the destruction and destruction of citizens’ homes.
It is noteworthy that the toll of arrests since the start of the ongoing war of extermination and the comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people amounted to more than (12) thousand from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, while we have not been able as institutions until today to count the cases of arrests from Gaza, which are estimated at thousands, as a result of the implementation of the occupation crime of enforced disappearance against them.
