Israeli occupation forces raided various areas in the West Bank, where civilians were injured by bullets and poison gas, and others were arrested, while extremist settlers stormed the city of Nablus.
The PLO’s Prisoners’ Affairs Commission (governmental) and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club (Ahli) said on Wednesday in a joint statement, “The Israeli occupation forces arrested from Tuesday evening until Wednesday morning at least 15 citizens from the West Bank, including a child and a woman from the Gaza Strip who were in the West Bank and former prisoners.” He explained that the woman from Gaza is in the West Bank for the purpose of treatment, and that “among the detainees are children and former prisoners.”
The arrests were distributed in Hebron, Tulkarm, Qalqilya, Ramallah, Jerusalem and Jericho, according to the statement.
