The NGO Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) accused Israel of carrying out a campaign of “ethnic cleansing” in the Gaza Strip in a report released Thursday documenting 14 months of conflict.
Christopher Lockeer, secretary-general of Médecins Sans Frontières, said: “We see clear indications of ethnic cleansing as Palestinians are forcibly displaced, besieged and bombed.”

The organization stressed that the Israeli forces “throughout the military operation prevented the entry of basic items such as food, water and medical supplies into the Strip,” adding that “Israel has been refusing, delaying or exploiting humanitarian aid, and allowing small amounts of aid to enter Gaza with complete disregard for the actual needs and the level of suffering of the population.
