Alahli alarabi Hospital in Gaza City received dozens of casualties after Israeli airstrikes targeted two schools housing thousands of displaced people in the eastern al-Tuffah neighborhood.

Palestinian medics said that “19 Palestinians were killed and more than 30 were injured, most of them children and women, as a result of Israeli fighter jets launching 3 simultaneous raids on Dar Al-Arqam and Shaaban Al-Rayes schools, which shelter displaced people, and a house in the Al-Tufah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.”

According to medical sources, most of the injuries were children and women, amid the hospital’s inability to receive more wounded due to the lack of beds and medical supplies.
