The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Saturday that the toll of the Israeli aggression more than a year ago rose to 45,227 martyrs.
The Ministry of Health said in a statement that the occupation army committed massacres against families in the Gaza Strip and that it counted 21 martyrs during the past 24 hours.
The ministry pointed out that there are a number of victims under the rubble and in the streets, where ambulance crews and civil defense are unable to reach them.
The Ministry of Health pointed out that the total number of wounded has risen to 107,573 since the war began on October 7, 2023.
