The UNICEF organization said that the Gaza Strip has become a mass grave for its inhabitants, and all the roads in that area lead to death, due to the continued genocide war waged by the Israeli occupation army since October 7, 2023.

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Rosalia Bolin, UNICEF’s chief communications officer in Gaza, explained that the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip serves as a stark reminder of the world’s collective responsibility to do everything possible to end the suffering of the people there.

She stressed that “a whole generation of children are bearing the brunt of the brutal violation of their rights and the destruction of their future.”

In her interview from the Jordanian capital to journalists in Geneva, she said, “Gaza is one of the saddest places for us as humanitarian workers, because every small effort to save a child’s life is lost due to the violent destruction.”

For more than 14 months, children have remained on the edge of this nightmare, with reports of the martyrdom of more than 14,500 children and the injury of thousands more.

Bolin described her meeting with a 5-year-old boy named Saad, who had suffered life-changing injuries in the bombing of his home and lost his sight: “He told me, ‘My eyes have preceded me to paradise.”
