Local sources in Yemen reported that the air defenses of the Sana’a forces were able to shoot down an American spy fighter aircraft in the Sa’ada governorate, northern Yemen, on Tuesday.

Activists said the aircraft was an American MQ-9 drone, which is very expensive.

If the news is true, this drone will be the 14th of its kind to be shot down during the period from October 2023 to December 2024.
