Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Jerusalem Post newspaper acknowledged that the Sana’a forces are the guarantor of the implementation of the ceasefire in Gaza, stressing that the attacks they carried out on the Israeli depth on the eve of the agreement’s entry into force show their lack of impact by the Israeli attacks, at a time when they reveal their readiness to continue their operations if the agreement fails.
The newspaper said in a report that “the Houthis launched two attacks on “Israel” on the eve of the ceasefire between “Israel” and Hamas, and this is an important indication of how the Islamic movement based in Yemen intends to demonstrate the failure of the Israeli strikes to deter it and that it is ready to continue attacking Israel if the ceasefire collapses.”
The report explained that the Houthis “have been attacking Israel since October 2023, when they chose to support Hamas’s war against Israel, and over time their attacks have shifted from targeting Eilat to targeting ships and then to targeting central Israel.”
Israeli media had previously acknowledged that the Sana’a forces had stopped their attacks on the Zionist entity as a result of the cessation of the Israeli aggression on Gaza and not as a result of the American and Israeli strikes.
The Hebrew Channel “Kan” confirmed that “the Houthis stopped launching missiles and drones only because of the ceasefire in Gaza and not because of the Israeli or American airstrikes on Yemen.”
For its part, the Hebrew Channel 12 reported that “the Houthis” in Yemen intensified their attacks on “Israel” during the last few days preceding the ceasefire, in a clear show of their readiness and preparation and confirmation that their fingers are on the trigger.
