Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
On Monday, the US relocated the aircraft carrier “USS Truman” stationed in the Red Sea.
This coincides with the reclassification of America on the list of terrorist and hostile countries to Yemen.
Satellite images circulated by activists showed the “Truman” positioned near the southernmost coast of the Red Sea.
The “Truman” is currently moored off the coast of hurghada, Egypt, at the farthest point in the Red Sea.
The images also show that the US battleships, including the “Truman,” have been adopting a stealth feature in recent days, changing their positions 9 times in the Red Sea over the past week.
The U.S. move comes with Yemen’s announcement to reclassify the US on the sanctions list.
The Yemeni classification, which came in response to the classification of the Ansar Allah movement, has reinforced American fears of an escalation in Yemeni operations at sea and on land, especially in light of statements by Yemeni officials that the upcoming attacks will be without red lines.
The Yemeni forces had announced on the 19th of this month the launch of the eighth attack on American battleships, led by the “Truman.”
The relocation of the “Truman” undermines American claims of not being repeatedly targeted and confirms fears of the possibility of it being sunk.
