On Sunday, Britain, a key US ally, sent a new message to Yemen regarding the recent aggression, coinciding with fears of the Yemeni response.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The British news network “GB News” quoted government sources as saying that the Royal Forces didn’t participate in the recent aggression on Yemen.
The channel also indicated in its report that the aggression was a solo American effort.
The channel attempted to claim that there is a crisis of trust with the US.
It also reviewed its previous participation in the American aggression that began in January of last year.
In a comment on the news, Hussein Al-Ezzi, the former deputy foreign minister in the Salvation Government, said that Sana’a will verify the accuracy of this information.
Al-Ezzi reassured the British side by stating that only those involved will be punished.
During the previous government, Britain was burned by the Yemeni attacks that came in response to its participation in the aggression on Yemen that began in January of last year.
It sank or disabled several British ships in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Aden.
The latest British message reveals the extent of British fears of Yemen resuming the targeting of its interests, especially as Sana’a has threatened to re-include those involved in the list of countries hostile to Yemen.
It is worth noting that the Bab Al-Mandeb strait is considered one of the most important arteries of the British economy, as all of London’s fuel and technology needs, whether from the Gulf countries or East Asia, pass through it.
